Well, I lived in Korea for a year. Koreans do tan very easily, and their skin can get darkly tanned in summer. They also have skin that lightens up during the cooler months of the year. For some reason, maybe the style of beauty that is popular for the time being, the lighter look seems to be getting the votes for beauty. There were some photos of some of the girls tanned.
